Research direction

Reproduce the issue in MuseScore Studio on Windows 11 or the nightly build by pressing T repeatedly inside and outside note entry, then entering a note. Trace the history update triggered by tie entry and compare it with the update after note entry. Done means each tie appears in history immediately, without requiring another action.
