Description
I would like to have the ability to create a pickup measure after you created your score for the first time.
If this already exists I think it should be more clearly stated because I've been using musescore for a few years and have never found it to my frustration.
This would solve the issue of having to create a new score with pickup measure, copying your existing score to it and then deleting your old one.
OS: Windows 11 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.2-251141402, revision: github-musescore-musescore-ac9d3bc

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the behavior in MuseScore Studio 4.5.2 by attempting to add a pickup measure after a score has been created, then trace the existing score and measure-creation workflows. Done means a user can add the pickup measure without creating and copying into a new score.
