Tracker dots missing in Braille export

Description with steps to reproduce

Assume some piano music where one hand has lots of notes, and the other has only a few. The braille for the one hand will be much longer than the other.
For example:
4/4 time:
Right hand: Semiquaver scales up and down
Left hand: Semibreve at each bar.

Expected output:
When there is a large gap between the bars, (7 or more cells) in Bar-over-bar format, "tracker dots" (dot 3) should be used to fill the gap.
