Screen Reader Review/Scan Mode does not report Anything.

Description with steps to reproduce

Most screen readers have a review mode (JAWS cursor, NVDA review cursor, Narrator Scan, etc). The screen reader review mode does not report anything. In previous versions of MuseScore one could navigate most of the UI in review mode, though not the score.
Some users may find the review mode helpful, though all of the main MuseScore UI features and score are accessible in the screen readers' live modes.

STEPS:

1. Turn on NVDA & Open MuseScore
2. Press Ins + space. This should activate review mode, notice nothing happens.
3. Alt Tab away to any other window.
4. Again press Ins + space and you will hear either a beep or a click as it alerts the change of mode from Edit to review.

It is possible the inability to use any of the review mode might be the issue at the root of 20039 & 28054. The NVDA develop team may well be able to help with these issues.
