From Command Prompt can start neither MuseScore 3 from Microsoft Store nor MuseScore Studio 4 from WinGet

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Use a computer running Microsoft Windows.
2. Go to Microsoft Store.
3. Find the software:

   MuseScore 3
   

4. Download it.
5. Try starting it by running a command given by the documentation, maintained by @Jojo-Schmitz.

Actual behavior: Recognizes none of the commands.
Expected behavior: Starts the software.

None of the designations for MuseScore 3 can be recognized by Microsoft Command Prompt, as is shown in the following result, a copy of the text on the interface.
