Note input cursor creates visual artifacts when marcato and staccato are on

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Enter a note, add a marcato and a staccato to it
2. Deselect the note
3. Select the note again
4. Press N to enter note input mode
5. Hover above the stave and drag the mouse down, and see that the hovered preview of the marcato leaves a trail of its pointy end

Note that this only happens when you enter note input mode while a note that already has a marcato & staccato is selected. If you enter note input mode, then turn marcato & scaccato on, the issue is not present.

Nightly. The bug was introduced in 4.2.0
