Problem to be solved

there's this frustrating issue I have since 4.0 till now is the Mixer Panel and Percussion Panel got cropped when getting small, I am a laptop user and the interface is begin take most of the Mixer/percussion writer(new one) and other stuff, and when trying to get it smaller, it would crop out, and I need all panel so I can't hide them... the problem when solved would be excellent and make laptop user like me happy.

Research direction

Reproduce the Mixer and Percussion panel cropping on a shortened laptop-sized window using the screenshots as reference. Determine the responsive behavior needed for both panels, then verify that all required controls remain accessible without cropping when the window is resized.
