1. Select a few bars of music you have written.
2. Use Ctrl+{ or Ctrl+}.
   Actual behavior: Most of the time nothing happens.
   Expected behavior: Using Ctrl+{ bars should shrink in width, with Ctrl+} bars should extend.

Start by reproducing the shortcut behavior in MuseScore Studio 4.5 on Windows 10 with several selected bars, testing Ctrl+{ and Ctrl+}. Trace the existing shortcut handling for changing bar width and compare it with the behavior in an earlier MuseScore 4.x version. Done means both shortcuts reliably shrink or extend the selected bars as described.
