Plugin list menu gets overlapped by the plugin UI

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Select a plugin
2. Open its UI by clicking its name
3. Click the downward arrow to expand the list of available plugins
4. Try to select a plugin by hovering the plugin vendor names
5. Observe: selecting some of the plugins is impossible since the effect's UI blocks the interaction by overlapping the list.

Reproduce the overlap in MuseScore Studio 4.5 on macOS by opening a plugin UI and expanding the plugin list. Trace the desktop UI elements involved in the plugin list and plugin window, then verify that every vendor entry remains hoverable and selectable while the plugin UI is open.
