Description
Your idea

Research direction
The request concerns MIDI CC input and controls in the Mixer panel, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how Mixer controls and MIDI input are currently handled. Done means physical MIDI CC knobs can control mixer volume sliders and effect sends, including when the Mixer panel is hidden.
