Add an option for placing naturals before barline when key changes

Your idea

Natural signs cancel the previous key signature when changing key. Add an option for placing the naturals before the barline and the new key signature after the barline.

Problem to be solved

You can make naturals and the new key signature go after the barline when key changes currently. However some editions (especially Russian editions) place naturals before the barline. This style of key signature changing is also used in some other countries and some users have a demand for this feature. See images below:
