Incorrect Range for Organ

Description with steps to reproduce

Organs have keyboards with only 61 notes (C2-C7), so while it is absolutely possible to obtain pitches above C8 and below C0 with the different stops, to directly play notes notated outside of the 61 key range is impossible. Musescore currently does not mark notes outside of the keyboard range red. The same for the pedalboard: its physical range is C2 to G4. Please highlight the notes outside of the keyboard ranges.

No source files or tests are named in the report. Reproduce the issue in MuseScore Studio with an organ and pedalboard, then trace the UI path that determines whether notes outside each instrument's physical range are highlighted. Done means out-of-range organ notes and pedalboard notes are visibly marked while playable notes remain unchanged.
