Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Edit a plugin (qml file).
  2. Reload Plugins.

Actual behavior:
Some properties of the plugin are updated successfully (title for example).
However, changes to actual code (inside onRun for example) are not reflected. You have to restart MusesScore for the updated code to be correctly loaded.

Expected behavior:
The plugin should be completely reloaded properly.

Supporting files, videos and screenshots

No supporting file necessary.

What is the latest version of MuseScore Studio where this issue is present?

MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.4-243461245, revision: github-musescore-musescore-2232670

Regression

Yes, this used to work in MuseScore 3.x and now is broken
