File corruption

Description with steps to reproduce

Open a new score, 1 stave, tenor sax
Change the time sig. to 12/8
enter a few notes, save the score (see test_clean.mscz)
select all bars with Ctrl+A
delete everything with Ctrl+DELETE
add 32 bars, and save (see test_clean_corrupt.mscz)
open the file just saved, a message box pops up that the file is corrupt.
