Numeric Keypad not Working on New Score Dialog

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create a New score
2. Select any option like Time signature, or Tempo, or Measures

Actual behavior: Can't change numeric values using keyboard. Only can use the mouse.
Expected behavior: Change numeric values using keyboard, or using arrows

Reproduce the issue in the New Score dialog by opening Time signature, Tempo, or Measures and testing keyboard input and arrow keys. Trace the dialog's numeric-value controls from there; done means numeric values can be changed with the keyboard or arrows, not only with the mouse.
