Option to play all notes when arrowing between notes ("Select next chord" left/right arrow shortcut)

I'd like to be able to hear more of the score when using the arrow key to move between notes. I'm not sure if any version of this is possible in MuseScore right now.
 
First version: play all notes in the same instrument or even just voice. For instance, say an instrument is playing chords, and I want to hear each chord. Right now I just hear one note. I think it's possible there could be a way to do this that I'm missing
 
Second version: it would actually be cool to hear the whole score (or even a group of instruments) playing at a certain point when I arrow between notes. I say this because I often split chords between different single note instruments, and would love to be able to hear those chords more easily besides having to press play.
 
Are either of these possible in stock MuseScore (4.4) or through a plugin?
