Specific signs (bow direction, open/closed, etc.) are incorrectly positioned with tuplet

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Enter the notes as shown in the picture below:
   
2. Add a "+" (closed) sign to the entered notes

Note that above the first notes in the tuplet, the "+" sign is located inside the staff, not outside it. This is incorrect:
