General playback bug

Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Select a note somewhere in 3-4 measure
  2. Replace instrument with a new one
  3. Start playback

Sync is being restored after a new selection

Another case:

When playback is playing and you replace the instrument then the cursor is going but sound disappears

Yes, this used to work in MuseScore 3.x and now is broken
