Description with steps to reproduce
- On macOS, set MuseScore Studio to full screen
- Click on an effects plugin or VST in the mixer
- App window moves out of view and plugin window fails to appear

Cannot reproduce on Windows.
Occurs on macOS at least as far back as 4.2.1.
