Your idea
Request for: the ability to customize the top toolbar, with custom shortcuts from Palette.
Problem to be solved
(especially on smaller displays) scrolling up and down (or extending and hiding) the palettes is too time consuming.
If one is able to shift some of them into the toolbar - it would be a significant gain for multitasking.
