Description

Your idea

My idea is to have the ability to switch from different soundfonts, this can enable composers to come up with different sounds and techniques without having to input into different instrument (with /change instrument/).

Problem to be solved

An example, the normal muse keys piano might sound harsh at lower dynamics, the ability to change soundfonts in the middle of measures can fix that by switching the sound to mellow or upright.

Research direction

The issue does not identify any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating MuseScore's instrument and soundfont playback handling, then define how a soundfont change within a measure should be represented and verified in playback.
