PageUp & PageDown key navigation malfunctioning in dropdowns/lists

Description with steps to reproduce

In MSS4.1.1:

• Select any text or title object
• Click on Properties>Text>Font
• Press PageUp or PageDown

This should navigate the menu in the standard ways but instead produces odd navigational results.

Reproduce the issue in MuseScore Studio using Properties > Text > Font with a selected text or title object, then compare PageUp and PageDown behavior with MuseScore 3.x. Trace the dropdown or list navigation handling for these keys and verify that repeated PageUp/PageDown presses move through the menu in the standard order without odd jumps.
