Shortcut `}` to increase a measure's stretch doesn't work on Windows

Try using the } to increase a measure's stretch and find that it doesn't work
The { shortcut to decrease strezch does still work though

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

This used to work in 4.3.2, but does no longer in 4.4 or master
