Description with steps to reproduce

Try using the } to increase a measure's stretch and find that it doesn't work
The { shortcut to decrease strezch does still work though

These are the (default) shortcut settings:

What is the latest version of MuseScore Studio where this issue is present?

4.4/master

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

Windows 11

Additional context

This used to work in 4.3.2, but does no longer in 4.4 or master

See also #19389, for a related issue on Mac, only that in this issue here ] doesn't work and { isn't affected
