Description with steps to reproduce
- Download Grand Rhapsody Piano VST
- Go VST tab and nothing there

What is the latest version of MuseScore Studio where this issue is present?
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.0-242390800, revision: github-musescore-musescore-0fcd11b

Additional context
I try to add a custom folder Edit->Preferences->Folders to check because I think maybe it can fix it. No, still can't find it. And other apps can find VST.
