Articulation is inherited from the previously selected voice when changing voice in note input mode

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Select a voice 1 note with an articulation on it (e.g. staccato)
2. Press N to enter note input mode
3. Switch to voice 2 by clicking the voice 2 bar or pressing Ctrl+Alt+2
4. Note that the status of the staccato button in the tool bar does not change (i.e. it remains selected)
5. Enter a note into voice 2
6. Note that it has a staccato dot

I would expect, when changing voices, for any articulation select in the toolbar to be cleared

What is the latest version of MuseScore Studio where this issue is present?

4.4/master. Only an issue from 4.0 on (i.e. when articulations were added to the toolbar)

Yes, this used to work in MuseScore 3.x and now is broken
