Description
Your idea
Here are some suggestions for the linked staff - right now it is barely useable (except for guitar tabs) - even though I see a a lot of potential in it.
- Provide different clefs for linked staffs (e.g. in choir: Soprano Clef for Alto, Soprano 8vb clef for Tenor || in String Orchestra: Soprano Clef for 3rd violin, Alto Clef for Viola, Tenor or Bass Clef for Cello)
- Provide different transpositions for different instruments - e.g. one being concert pitch, and others for different instruments - this is especially important for brass bands
- Provide Linked Staffs that dynamically link between a multi voice staff and multiple exploded divisi staffs. This is also requested here: #16897
Problem to be solved
Meaningful additions to the linked staff feature, to really get something out of it. As linked staff is referencing the same note material, there's no copy pasting involved and changes do not have to be pulled off multiple times (which can be a source of error besides only being tedious).
Prior art
Linked Staff, Concert Pitch, Transposing Instruments, Implode/Explode
Additional context
This would also enable exporting different transpositions in part staffs referring to the same notem material without having to disable concert pitch.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing Linked Staff, Concert Pitch, Transposing Instruments, and Implode/Explode features, along with related issue #16897. The requested outcome is support for different clefs, per-instrument transpositions, and dynamic links between multi-voice and exploded divisi staves.
