Description
Your idea
On macOS, to open Preferences we have Cmd + ,
We can use analog of that (Ctr + ,) for Windows and Linux
Problem to be solved

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the existing macOS Cmd+, Preferences shortcut and the platform-specific shortcut registration for Windows and Linux. Done means Ctrl+, opens Preferences on both platforms without changing the macOS behavior.
