Bug description
Tuplet numbers get pushed up vertically when using "insert" note-input
Steps to reproduce
- Write tuplets in a bar
- Using "Input" mode. Insert an extra beat in the beginning of that bar
- Tuplets go up verticallly

Additional context
Correcting the displaced tuplet number is seemingly difficult. Click and drag doesn't work, I essentially need to cut and paste the music to get the tuplets in the correct spot.
