Description
Your idea
Provide a style option to draw a thin black outline around noteheads when using colored notation.
This option would go in Format > Style > Notes after the color settings have been added by the Accessibility Profiles GSoC project.
Alternatively, it could be a general style option to draw an outline around any element that isn't black; not just noteheads.
Problem to be solved
Yellow, grey, and other lightly coloured symbols can be difficult to read against a white background.

Additional context
This was suggested by the Figurenotes people, so we have their permission to modify the Figurenotes profile in this way.

Research direction
Start with the existing Format > Style > Notes color settings and review the Accessibility Profiles GSoC project linked in the issue. Determine whether the outline belongs specifically to colored noteheads or should apply to all non-black elements, then update the relevant style behavior and verify the Figurenotes profile remains readable.
