Description
Your idea
If a staff spacer is added to a score in continuous view mode, it may be nice to have the adjustability for that permanently accessible by having the staff spacer in that permanent left-hand fixture on the score (i.e. in the same area as where the clef, key, and time signatures are located)
Problem to be solved
It'd be a lot more convenient than either having to either make multiple spacers for one instrument or to go back and forth to adjust the same one.

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the continuous view and the permanent left-hand fixture, then determine how staff spacers are currently created and adjusted. Done means a staff spacer can be adjusted from that fixture in continuous view without requiring multiple spacers or navigation away from the score.
