Description

Issue type

General playback bug

Bug description

It's not uncommon to ask for a timpani roll to be prefaced a flam or 2-note "drag" or similar figure (whereby one or more rapid lower-dynamic strokes precede the beat). But for some reason MuseScore doesn't seem to be play back the roll properly in this case, instead playing it back as a literal series of mechanical rapidly repeated samples.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a new piece with timpani
  2. Add a roll (any note with a 3-bar tremolo), confirm it plays back okay
  3. Add a grace note before the roll, and play it back again, and it sounds like something only a computer could generate!

True for either MS Basic or Muse Sounds
