Bug description
Connecting a grace note and a regular note with a glissando results in no change to playback.
Expected behaviour: where available (e.g. Muse Sounds), the applicable sample should be triggered (depending on whether the user has selected playback to be "chromatic", "portamento", etc.).
Behaviour affects soundfont and VST as well as musesounds.
