Description
Your idea
Today I deeply missed a function to delete only 1 bar for 1 Instrument in an almost completed score!
Always deleting a selected bar in the whole score when I only want to delete it for one instrument is a bit odd!!
Thanks for trying to add such a feature!
Problem to be solved
Yes, by emptying the bar and fill the gap with a lot of Copy&Paste action

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Clarify how deleting one or more bars for a single staff or instrument should behave, then trace the score-editing workflow; done means the selected bars are removed only from that instrument while the rest of the score remains unchanged.
