Your idea
The loop markers should be made movable when dragging them with the mouse. If there are already shortcuts to this, well, I'm not really sure which are them. I also noticed that 'Set loop marker left/right' from 'Playback settings' are quite bugged..
Problem to be solved
When toggling 'Loop playback', the loop markers should be made draggable with the mouse in order to reposition them easily.
