Description

Your idea

Although there are many bugs and features prior to this to address, it may be pretty interesting if in the near future we would be able to import .mp3, .wav, .flac or other audio formats and then automatically converting the file into readable sheet music.
With today's AIs there is certainly possible, even though it may be pretty tough to implement it. I'm aware of some sites which already do this for you, but it would be such a nice and handy feature to have in MuseScore :D or maybe a plugin or an extension downloadable from Muse Hub.

Problem to be solved

Allow the import of audio files with an option to turn them into readable sheet music.

Research direction

The proposal covers importing .mp3, .wav, .flac and other audio formats, then converting them into readable sheet music, possibly through a plugin or Muse Hub extension. No files, tests, entry points, prior art, or acceptance criteria are provided, so the scope and definition of done need to be established before implementation.
