Description

Issue type

UX/Interaction bug (incorrect behaviour)

Bug description

When you try to add a custom palette, or a saved format, or a drum format, the program goes to it's "default" location (which is in many cases useless) but never remembers the last location (that's where you generally save all your files and data in general)

Steps to reproduce

you open a custom format file that you have saved on a folder
then musescore offers the folder for "default" location
but you have it somewhere else
then you want to add that format file to another score and then you have to navigate again all the way to your custom folder, musescore should remember the last path you took
this works also for files, for custom palettes, for configurations in general

Research direction

No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the behavior in MuseScore 4.1 on macOS and locate the file-picker handling for custom palettes, saved formats, drum formats, and configurations; done means these dialogs reopen in the last folder used.
