Description

This new symbol picker popup will be triggered within the sound flags popup or sound flags properties, but it should be built flexibly enough to be repurposed in other contexts in the future.

Requirements:

• Dropdown button triggering context menu with "All symbols" and subcategories
• Searchable, using the same search pattern as the palettes panel
