Problems entering accidentals in chords in braille panel

Bug description

In braille panel, when I am writing chords or intervals and one of the notes needs to have an accidental, when the same accidental comes up in the next beat or two, it gets entered without the accidental. This is mainly an issue when the accidental is on an interval sign, not when entering stand notes.

Steps to reproduce

In braille panel:

1. In a blank score in the key of C major, type a C minor triad (C-Eb-G) in braille notation into the braille panel. The value should not take up the whole measure.
2. Enter the C minor chord in the second or third beat of the measure. Notice when you are writing it that the E flat you entered in beat 1 becomes an E natural when you enter the same chord in beat 2 or 3. This is not an issue in normal note entry.
