Bug description
Some computer apps, for whatever reason, produce or download images which have file names with uppercase file extensions.
In MS4, if you try to add an image (png or jpeg at any rate) to a frame using the context menu command Add→Image, images with uppercase extensions do not show up in the "Insert image" window.
Suggestion: Allow all images to show up whether they have lowercase or uppercase file extensions.
