Bug description
When "Add staff" is pressed on a selected instrument (i.e., one with an accent color background), the new staff should show the selected background color. Currently, it's showing up without the accent.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the Instruments panel with at least one instrument added
- Click an instrument's name to select the row
- Click the dropdown arrow to expand the same instrument
- Click the "Add staff" button
- See that the new staff is not the same color as the rest of the rows in that instrument
