Engraving bug

Bug description

Disclaimer: I’m not a harpist or expert on harp notation and I know that the screenshot below shows extreme and possibly unplayable music for demonstration purpose. But I think the current behaviour just doesn’t make sense and there might be cases where dense layout occurs even with playable music.

Horizontally centering harp pedal diagrams makes the exact time of changing pedals unclear. This is the case for the notes a and g before the first pedal change and g♯ before the second pedal change in the example below. I think the diagrams should be left-aligned like harp pedal texts.
