Description
Your idea
In the Mixer, add an option to change the MIDI Port and MIDI Channel for every instrument, just like in MuseScore 3.
Problem to be solved
Currently, when I make a MIDI file, I have to use MuseScore 3.6 to change the MIDI Port and Channel. I use these MIDI files with a device that requires a specific port and channel to playback music properly.

Research direction
Start in MuseScore's Mixer and compare its available instrument controls with the MuseScore 3.6 behavior shown in the issue image. Trace how MIDI files receive instrument port and channel settings, then verify that each instrument can be configured and that exported MIDI playback uses those settings.
