Incorrect barline appearing in part when Rit... is added after part has been created

Bug description

Depending on the setup of the score/part, an incorrect barline type is added to the part when adding a rit. to the main score.

Steps to reproduce

Start a new score and add 3 instruments
First instrument, add notes in the first 5 bars
Change the barline for the end of maesure 4 to a double barline
Second instrument, add notes in the first bar and in the fourth
Thrid instrument, add notes in the first bar and in the fifth
Now generate/open all parts
Now select the fourth bar in the main score for the first instrument and add the Rit....from the Tempo palet

Observe how the third instrument in the part has a double barline at the start and end of the fourth bar.
