Description
Issue type
Muse Sounds bug
Bug description
Consider this score and note that it’s straight eigth notes throughout. When playing back the score with the MS Basic soundfont, it is rendered with a very consistent rhythm.
When playing back with the Muse Sounds contrabassoon, the written rhythm isn’t observed. Especially measures 3 and 4 sound more like they were combination of dotted quarters and sixteenth notes. In my opinion MuseSounds takes too much liberty in interpreting the line.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the attached score
- Select the contrabassoon from Muse Sounds for playback
- Play back
