Bug description

Shortcuts using the numbers doesn't work like with a qwerty layout. In azerty we have to hold shift + number to use the shortcut or write guitar tabs, and the number 6 just doesn't work at all.
It means that it is impossible to switch to a half note using azerty keyboard, and writing guitar tabs is impossible. Plus, having to hold shift + number for such basic shortcuts is a major hand killer.
Other bugs have already been reported for azerty i think, all the other software i use doesn't have this problem, seems like a very deep implementation issue that impact thousands of users.

Steps to reproduce

1 open a new sheet with guitar tab and piano
2 Switch your keyboard to azerty in windows settings or by using Alt+shift
3 try to write a guitar tab using the number 6 or to switch to a half note using shift+6 on the piano track
