Difficulty inputting guitar tablature using keys '8' and '9' on German QWERTZ Keyboard

am experiencing an issue with Musescore 4.0.2 when attempting to input guitar tabulature using a German QWERTZ keyboard layout on my macOS Ventura 14.3.1 system. When I press keys '8' or '9', no input is registered.

Troubleshooting steps and observations:

1. If I manually reassign the shortcuts for these inputs to '8' and '9' in the settings, the '8' key will begin to work, but '9' still does not respond.

2. I discovered that when I switch the keyboard layout to US Standard and use '8' and '9' in the tablature mode, they work as expected.

This issue appears to be localized specifically to the German QWERTZ keyboard layout in combination with Musescore 4.0.2, suggesting a bug in the program's handling of this keyboard layout.

This issue has severely affected my ability to use the program effectively. Any advice or updates to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
