Bug description
When adding a tempo change on a score, I sometime notice that the next bar doesn't play the pedal effect when using a MuseSounds piano (tested with Soft and Grand).
Steps to reproduce
- Create a score for piano solo and write some bar with one pedal marking per bar.
- Add a tempo change on a bar (like rit. or accel.) and start playback.
- The next measure plays as if there was no pedal marking.

11258899.zip (WIP, don't pay attention to all the accents lmao)
Bar 43 has an accel. and bar 44 doesn't play the pedal effect. Issue occurs multiple times within this score.

Additional context
The issue only happens with MuseSounds, I haven't noticed anything with MS basic piano.
