Impossible to see full file name/path in Musescore 4

If a filename is longer than ~30 characters I see no way in Musescore 4 to display and identify the full filename.

In Project Properties the full file path is also truncated with no way to display the full path.

In Musescore 3 the Window Title always displayed the full name of the file. In Musescore 4 the Window Title is suspiciously BLANK....

I have never ever seen any editor or word-processor in which the full name of the file being edited is not clearly visible. Musescore 4.0.2 seems to be the only editor in the history of computing that does not show the full filename of the file being edited...

Can we please have the full filename (and optionally full path) clearly visible in the Window Title bar like in Musescore 3 ?

Steps to reproduce

open a file that has name longer than 35 characters in Musescore 4.
There is no way to see the full filename...
