Bug description
In a 3.x score with muted channels for Chord Symbols, those are not muted after import into 4.x
Steps to reproduce

Have a score with a muted channel for chord symbols in 3.6.2

Open it in 4.0.2 or 4.1.0 Beta

Playback and hear the chord symbols

Check in Mixer and see that they are not muted
