"Select All" doesn't select triplet brackets/numbers and volta segments.

Bug description

Edit->Select All does not select triplet markings (brackets and numbers) or volta segments with their numbers. Likewise measure numbers.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add triplets and/or voltas to score.
2. Edit-> Select All

Result: Above items remain black. With everything else still selected, clicking Set Invisible in the Inspector does not make the items invisible.
